This strategic plan outlines a framework for implementing post-occupancy evaluation (POE) at the Technion campus, addressing both macro-level (campus-wide) and micro-level (individual buildings and facilities) scales. The plan is divided into two parts:

The first part reviews existing literature and methods on POE implementation, covering recommended practices, tools, and a focus on academic facilities.

The second part presents a tailored POE framework for the Technion, detailing potential execution layouts, recommended procedures, and a list of evaluation topics aligned with the Technion’s vision, the Techcity21 strategic master plan goals, and relevant research.
